Consent items are next. That's the document that I am reading from today, it may take a little longer than usual.
>> judge, we need to pull -- postpone c 6 for one week. We got it on about a week too early.
>> and Commissioner Gomez wanted c 7 pulled also, right?
>> yes.
>> so c 6 until next week.
>> next week. We just jumped the gun a little bit.
>> okay. C 6 will be back on January 27th. And c 7 --
>> I will let you know.
>> will be pulled. She will let us know.
>> uh-huh.
>> okay.
>> out of town, not quite ready to go on it.
>> that leaves c 1 through c 5, and c 8.
>> uh-huh.
>> we are skipping c 6 and c 7. Would anyone like for us to pull any of those for separate discussion? We have been asked to -- to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss these separately, let us know as we call out the item. Number 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 a and b, 10 a through g, that will be 10 a, 10 b, c, d, e, f, g, 10 in its entirety, 11 is simply a notice, you all pull it up after --
>> quick and dirty.
>> yeah. 12, 13, this is a long list of purchasing items, 14, 15 a through 15 h, all of 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 --
>> 19 was postponed, judge.
>> 19 sure was postponed. Thank you. 20 the one that we had the public hearing on.
>> uh-huh.
>> right.
>> 24 budget amendments and transfers.
>> yes.
>> 25 a and b.
>> uh-huh.
>> 17.
>> uh-huh.
>> 28 --
>> 28, 27, 31, I dealt with my 40 years issue.
>> okay. 38 and 39 I think on 32, just -- I can just do the announcement now. What we are doing is approving these resolutions, but we did so a few years back. They only issued 2 of the $5 million. This is authorization to issue the other $3 million of voter approved funds. So 32.
>> yeah. And these aren't our bonds, this is another --
>> esd number 7.
>> move approval of the consent items.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> we had a last-minute raising of the finger.
>> [inaudible - no mic]
>> if we did not call the number that means that we will discuss them here today. What number are you here on?
>> 22.
>> 22?
>> I have that one down for -- that was all right for consent.
>> well, I had one question about 22, if joe will come this way, my question deals with the cemetery site.
>> oh,.
>> to which reference was made in the backup. That's the only question that I had or otherwise it would have been.
