Number 40, consider board and committee assignments for Commissioners court members and take appropriate business. -- appropriate action.
>> judge, have you a note on the capital metro local government approval committee. That committee has only met once, and that was in 1992 1992. And it's still a standing committee just in case they need to meet, but it's only when capital metro raises the fares, and they haven't raised the rates.
>> that note may be a two-year-old note, too, Commissioner. But it's fine with me to stay there. The other thing is on the clean air force, I think the way it is now, Commissioner Davis is on the clean air force and I'm on the clean air coalition. But it's still the same thing.
>> last week you asked about what --
>> 911 regional communications center, next to the last page.
>> where we have only one member there.
>> commission he Gomez and then if I could be put on there.
>> I think it was a core leader. We have enough.
>> I was going to say, that was basically pulled together -- would pull together the combined communications center.
>> so that one -- [overlapping speakers].
>> it's usefulness may have --
>> any other change we need to consider today? The bail bond committee is officially the bail bond board. And my membership is required by law, unfortunately. [ laughter ]
>> did y'all want to stick me on that cap metro board?
>> not hearing a second -- [ laughter ]
>> I thought maybe she might need a driver to the board meeting. [ laughter ]
>> judge, I move approval of our current Commissioners court assignments. [ laughter ] with the exception of making it clear that Commissioner Davis -- are you both on the clean air force or -- judge, I want to make that clear.
>> he's on the clean air force, I'm on the clean air coalition.
>> making it clear that Commissioner Davis is on the clean air force and judge scoe is on the clean air coalition. We have previously acted on the corporations, and the only other change is to add Gerald to the 911 regional communications center, but it may be something in name only. I don't think that would be needed any more.
>> and the bail bond -- the bail bond name committee.
>> and chain the name of the bail bond board.
>> second? Any more discussion? That any more discussion? That passes by unanimous
