Item 11

Number 11 that I made reference to is to disclose relationship with key contracting persons, file an approved order waiving the requirements of discreationary contracts pursuant to section 32.004 f. Of the Travis County ethics policy for the purpose of approving contracts during 2004 between Travis County and Austin-Travis County mental health mental retardation. Samuel t. Biscoe a key person, the person the person to whom reference is made is my wife, she works out there in I think public relations, this is just to give notice to Travis County and the world of this relationship because we -- we have for I guess scores now contracted with Austin Travis County mental health, mental retardation agency to perform those services for Travis County residents, this is just to give notice. There was another item on today's agenda.
>> do we have -- do we have an order related to that, judge, because I would move --
>> you gave notice first time last weekend, part of the second notice --
>> second that.
>> motion and second to approve the recommended order, any more discussion? All in favor? Show unanimous court with judge Biscoe abstaining. The other item on the court really was Travis County employee working for mhmr and mhmr paying us. We put that dem on con -- item on consent as I recall, we did vote for it and I decided that was the appropriate thing to do. I really don't know who our health and human services person is, but apparently she's been working out there, doing stuff, trying to promote collaboration between Travis County and mhmr.
