22 ought to be a quick one. It is consider request to draw names from grand jury pool for salary grievance committee for 2004 and take appropriate action. And our county clerk, dana johnson.
>> good morning. This is the time of year where we draw the names for the folks who are going to serve potentially on the elected officials salary grievance committee. According to state law, we need to choose those names in January from the previous year's grand jury members. Have I the names read any the hat. We need nine members for the panel. But I would like to ask to you draw a few more names because we have some folks who decline. So if you would consider drawing three names apiece, that should give us plenty to work with. If you want, we'll start the drawing.

>> okay. Pick three names. One, two, three. Oops, that's four.
>> I can pick them, but I can't hold on to them. Maybe it would help for us to read one. Each of us read one, then each of us read the second one. That way maybe it will be the appearance of fairness.
