Number 8, I really just wanted to of record indicate what this is. The item is disclose relationship with key contracting person, spouse, and approval order waiving the requirements of contracts pursuant to section 32.004 f. For the purpose of approving contracts during 2004 between Travis County and Austin-Travis County mental health retardation. This involves the spouse of donald Biscoe who works for Austin-Travis County mental health, mental retardation agency and has now for I guess five or six years, the county has contracted with Austin-Travis County m.h.m.r., Forever, as far as I know.
>> yes, sir.
>> 40 years?
>> and -- I think my wife works in other relations, something we don't have here at Travis County. As far as I know, the relationship hasn't -- but we routinely disclose this and we are doing this hopefully -- we have several contracts with mhmr, and I don't think she has anything to do with those, but this disclosure is required by law.
>> do we have to have a motion? I know we have to do an action next week.
>> this comes twice, and think time I think is just disclosing it.
>> yes.
>> but this doesn't say that it is the wife of the county judge, which is why I wanted to add the short statement.
>> okay.
>> that's what that is, and this will be back on the agenda next week for those who wish to give comments or have questions to come down and get those heard or asked. We will have that back on. Number 8.
