1 is a public hearing to request from the city of Austin to approve a wastewater line easement and temporary construction easement through Travis County parkland immediately south of the city of manor. We are being asked to conduct a public hearing postedt a later time for action.
>> move that the public hearing be opened.
>> second.
>> all in that passes by unanimous vote. Good morning.
>> good morning.
>> I'm roger el khoury with facilities management department. The city of Austin providing wastewater services to the city of manor and has requested a donation of a 7,500 [indiscernible] square feet of easement which needed to install an 18-inch wastewater line. The easement is within the 100 year floodplain on the boundary of the property and will not impact Travis County operation. I would like to show you the wastewater line easement. This is the manor wastewater treatment plant and they are going along this line right here, this -- this railroad track, going under the railroad track and here is our property. This is the community center and here is the parking lot and here's the tennis court and here is the property line, along this cross hatched area right here. This is the easement, the city of Austin has asked us to donate, we will have a -- we have a main in there and metering device, this routing does not impact any trees, we have no trees along the line. And therefore I think that it's clear cut. Then the city of Austin will -- is asking us also for 45-foot-wide easement, construction easement, temporary when they construct the line. Today I would like, you know, again it's a public hearing, we are going to ask the court not to take any action on the line today.
>> roger, you did say that for the tree survey, there were no trees that were actually in the construction of the water --
>> turner, collie and braden, [indiscernible] the roads with us, they hired to do a tree survey [indiscernible]
>> okay.
>> in the future would like also to negotiate with the city of Austin or that they have allow us in the future to tie in our future expansion of the community center and clinic and also the [indiscernible] beneficial part to tie into the 18-inch line.
>> okay.
>> any issues or concerns for us, roger?
>> no, sir.
>> okay. Would in my opinion like to give testimony during this public hearing? If so, please come forward.
>> move to close the public hearing.
>> second. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. That will be put back on the court's agenda when it's ready for action.
