Consent Items
The consent items are next. Posted for consent are c 1, through c 4, with a correction on c 4. Instead of that public hearing being set for February 4th, it will be set for February 3rd. Which will be that Tuesday, right, joe? So that's the correction that we make in c 4. We will schedule a public hearing for February 3rd, and in the official notices that will go out real soon, the correct date will be in the notice, right? Okay. Any objection to c 1 through c 4 being on consent. We have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately please say so as we call out the number. 3 a, I think we need just a short discussion of 3 b, 4, 6, 7, 9,, 10 a and b,.
>> oh, no. Judge, on 10, I would like to -- I would like to pull that, I would like to abstain on 10 a and b.
>> 10 will not be part of the consent motion. 11 a, b and c. 11 a, b and c. 12, 13 --
>> is 13, judge, the -- I think that's the one about the county clerk's transfer? Is that part of what 13 is?
>> no. Did I say 13.
>> > yes.
>> 14, I'm sorry.
>> 13 is not then.
>> 12 and 14. Thanks for the correction there. 12 and 14, 13 is not part of the consent motion. Would anyone like for us to discuss any of those separately?
>> move --
>> second.

>> any of the items that we are asking to be put on the consent motion?
