Now, in my view, that does everything except the executive session. We have been asked to postpone item no. 27. And 26. Until next week. 24. Receive briefing, appoint Commissioners court representative for mediation and/or take appropriate action in Austin 1825 fortview, inc. V. Travis County. That's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 25. Receive briefing from county attorney, give direction and/or take appropriate action regarding lease for 2919 manchaca road premises. That's the consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act. We will discuss these two items in executive session.

Move that we reject the offer for mediation and renew our offer to settle this matter. Number 26 involves the real property at 2919 manchaca road that we are leasing. Move that we authorize appropriate county staff to pay the landlord the sum of $3,018.21 as the landlord has requested and secondly that we advise the landlord that we plan to take a comprehensive look at this matter. And get with him on an offer to resolve outstanding issues, but it will take us until January 13th, 4. To get this work done but he can expect a communication from us directly after that meeting.
