Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c 1, through c 5, c 1 through c 5 and I show those to be ready for act. We have been asked to add the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to start any of these items separately please say so as we call out the number.
>> 1 a, b, c.
>> I have a question on c, judge.
>> 1 c will not be part of the consent motion. 1 a and b. Number 2, 5, 6,, 6, on number 7 in terms of money, I did see the ranking by the committee members, in terms of money, was the recommended the lowest or close to the lowest. If somebody could let me know that in just a few minutes, we will act on it. 9 is not part of the consent motion, but it will be soon hopefully. Number 8, 9, 10 is just a notice, this is the first of two.
>> judge, I want to abstain on 10.
>> 10 is just a public notice basically, no action.
>> public notice.
>> just a notice. This will run one more time or will it run next time plus be ready for action.
>> right.
>> notice for action next Tuesday.
>> yes, sir.
>> on the action I will abstain.
>> today it's just notice basically.
>> okay, that time then. Thanks.
>> 12, 12, 14, 15 a and b, 16 and b.
>> and a and b, right.
>> 17, and that's the last one.
>> 22.
>> 17.
>> 22.
>> 22 okay?
>> 22.
>> I have a question on 212 I think. On 22 I think. Anyone like for us to discuss any of these items separately? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
