Now, on item 23, for the county attorney, following legal questions, whether we need to take this into executive session, what I would like to know what steps must be taken in order for us to increase this fee. Typically we post that and we would have a public hearing and some discussion. The backup seems to indicate that we can just take objection that today. If so, let us know. That's item number 23.

Which is the same amount charged by the county clerk, that was seconded by Commissioner Davis, right? Any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
