Now let's call to order several corporations. Travis County health facilities development corporation, capital industrial development corporation. Capital health facilities development corporation. One item common to all three of the corporations 1. Consider and take appropriate action to approve invoices for legal services.
>> again, these are for legal services from January 1erbgs 2003, through November 30th, 2003. And I -- again, I have closely reviewed the invoices and do represent to the board that the hours appear reasonable and the services were provided. The amount I'm requesting permission to pay is $3,275.10 for the Travis County health facilities development corporation. $100 for the capital health facilities development corporation, and $100 for the capital industrial development corporation.
>> these invoices have to more to do with the calendar year than the christmas season, I take it, mr. Davis [laughter]
>> yes.
>> move approval of the paying the invoices as recommended --
>> any more discussion on the cliff blunt motion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> move adjourn.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote, too.
>> bye, cliff.
>> we want you to have a good holiday season, too, cliff. Thank you for your dedicated service in '03.
