Now, we did receive word from the county attorney's office that we do not need item number 34 -- 36 rather today. We'll have that back on next week. 35 will be back on next week also. 33 is receive briefing from county attorney, give direction and/or take appropriate action and/or authorize county attorney to accept, reject or counter settlement offer regarding project number 01 b. 01-09-2 c.a. Grand avenue park way parcel number 13, elena perales. Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 34, receive believing from county attorney and give direction and/or tpa appropriate action and/or accept, reject or counter settlement regarding project number 01 b. 01-09-2 c.a., Grand avenue park way parcel number 3; thomas d. Shaffer and deborah v.a. Shaffer, condemnation matter. Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 37, consider and take appropriate action on compensation and classification of the director of facilities management position. That will be the personnel matters exception to the open meetings act. And we will discuss item 38, discuss acquisition of 319.709 acres of land owned by charles ribelin, et all, in connection with the balcones canyonlands conservation plan and take appropriate action. That will be under the real property exception to the open meetings act. We'll discuss these matters in executive session and return to open court before taking any action.
