Consent Items

View captioned video.

The consent items are next. Posted for consent are c 1, through c 6, and we have been asked to consider adding the follows items to the consent motion, if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number. Number 3, 4, I have two quick questions on five, [indiscernible] about the insurance exception, exactly what that means and whether the price was for the same product or a different one. 6, 7, 8, 9 a, b, c and d. 10 a and b. 11 a and b. These are purchasing items for those on it there wondering what's going on down here. Number 12 the one that we had the public hearing on. Number 14, 20 a, 22, 23, 23, 24, 26 a, b and c, those are appointments of different people to those boards, 27, 27 -- 27 is postponement until next week, 28 --
>> judge, did you include 17? Cancellation of a plat in 3? It was a residential plat and now it looks like it's going to go commercial, just redoing it.
>> no. I just think we ought to leave -- if I can get joe to spend 30, 40 seconds laying that out for the record I think it would be good. But I have no problem with it.
>> judge, would you pull off c 3 as part of the consent so that there's a separation position?
>> okay.
>> I didn't finish, though, we were good b to get to number --
>> number 29. Sorry, I thought that you were done.
>> I guess on 29 we just need to get for the record, my documents were not signed. A public hearing needs to take place at a lawyer's office, if we can put that on the record I think that we are much better off.
>> we have a new piece of backup that has the certificate of public hearing, yes, sir.
>> we ought to look at that in just a moment. 30, 29 is not part of the consent motion yet. 30, and you want to pull from the posted consent items on c 3.
>> yes, sir.
>> would anyone like for us to discuss any of these separately? Is there a motion.
>> so moved.
>> second.
>> any more discussion of any of them? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
