Let's back up and pick up citizens communication, we did have one to sign in. Normally the consent items go a little bit faster than today. I thought they would. I believe this is ms. Pope's handwriting here.
>> no. We have a new part of the citizens communication which is print name. The reason we put that down there waso that we could understand it.

>> Commissioners, we are here today to at least come before you and thank you for all of your participation in veterans day parade and ceremony. As you know the ceremony, the parade was a big success and there's a lots that goes on behind the scenes. This is the man who orchestrates those different tasks to get the -- the parade on hand. Now that we have captured saddam hussein, so I think this -- the snow ball effect is that we may have more veterans participating in the bar raid next year. -- in the parade next year. Morgan little is the parade committee president. Also I would like to inform you that he just got elected of the president of the military service coalition.

>> good morning. Again, my thank you, our thanks for your support for years and particularly this past year. We look forward to having you join us again this coming year because we are trying to make -- make 2004 be recognizable on the 40th anniversary of the thompkin gulf resolution, we want to bring veterans home for the first time. We don't want them being castigated and vilified every time we say vietnam and we want to do t. Starting next month we are going to organize and instead of waiting until June we are starting in January this year, so we are going to try to have a bigger, better parade for us. Again, we thank you for your time, your support.
>> thank you very much. We appreciate your hard work. Congratulations on the new position, also.
>> thank you.
>> thank you.
>> lets us know if we can help you.
>> thank you, Commissioner.
>> thanks y'all.
>> by the way on items 31 and 32 regarding the burn ban and the prohibition against the sale or use of restricting fireworks, we are advised by our emergency services director, pete baldwin that conditions have not changed and that it's necessary to leave both of those in place. So by taking no action we simply tip the two bans and these two -- we simply continue the two bans and these two items will be back on t court's agenda next week, 31 and 32.
