Number 32, receive briefing from county attorney and give direction and take appropriate action regarding phoez s.h. Rodriguez jr., Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 33, discuss acquisition of 319.079 achees of land owned by charles r.i.b.e.l.i.n., Martha r.i.b.e.l.i.n., Thomas francis, l.u.c.i.a. Francis in connection with the balcones canyonlands conservation plan and take appropriate action. This will be the real property and the consultation with attorney exceptions to the open meetings act. 34, discuss right-of-way acquisition for the tuscany way/ferguson lane roadway project, c.i.p. Number 97 b 01-15-1 ca, located in precinct 1 and take appropriate action. Real property exception to the open meetings act. Under consultation with attorney also just in case. Number 35 is to receive advice from county attorney regarding expected vacancy of county court at law number 5, the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. We will discuss these four items in executive session and we will return to open court before we take any action.

No action required today, we'll have this back on the agenda November 16th, '03, hopefully staff will have been able to get with the other side and have the document for us to execute. Number 34 involves tuscany way.
>> I move we get the attorneys along with Travis County attorney staff to go before [inaudible] with the proper documentation present ted board meeting to the acquisition of the right of way or the tuscany ferguson land project cic 97 b 01-15-1 ca, and I guess that will need to be at the next board meeting, joe. Do you know when that is going to be? You don't? As soon as possible, I guess, as soon as they convene again and meet.
