Item 18
18 is the action item, and that is to consider and take appropriate action regarding request to approve temporary road closure of mckinney falls parkway in precinct 4, between the entrance station to mckinney falls state park and parks and wildlife road from December 3, 2003 through December 19, 2003, for the purpose of film production. And the appropriate action would be to basically change the dates, indicate specific times as joe has indicated, in his presentation moments ago. So we need the draft agreement, license agreement changed to reflect?
>> yes. It already provides it to incorporate the date and time changes that joe mentioned as well as the payment of the other associated expenses to the del valle school district. Those are all included. And specifically the license agreement states that our approval of the road closure and of the license agreement is conditional on the licensee's fulfillment of the obligations with respect to del valle.
>> it was also -- there was also mention of a small payment to Travis County. [ laughter ]

>> electrical bill caused by this production?
>> I believe that's the case.
>> anybody who does not support this agreement who is an affected party or person?
>> any discussion of the motion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank y'all very much. The motion includes the -- is this something that the whole court signs or does the county judge sign?
>> I have it for your signature generally.
