Now, this morning I did not put on consent one item because Commissioner Davis has kind of a shown an inclination to either abstain or vote against it and that's the matter involving number 17.

Commissioner Sonleitner moves approval. Commissioner Gomez seconded the motion. Any more discussion? All in favor? Shows Commissioners Sonleitner, Gomez, Daugherty and yours truly in favor. Voting against Commissioner Davis.
