>> this is the one where the person that was doing it baled on the contract, although I didn't know if he was bailing while he still had time left over. My concern is this one is we've been spending about $91,000, and the price on this has jumped on the estimated quantity to 140,000. Whether you felt like that was reasonable in terms of almost a 50% increase in cost of this particular item.
>> well, remember that that estimated quantity is what we believed we could possibly do in the budget amendment. What we actually spent was 91,000. So it's sort of a maximum that we anticipate spending.
>> so it was based on their price times the number of transports that you thought it would actually be 140. That's just the worst case scenario.
>> right. Because we never know how many are going to happen.
