We do have a bit more clarification on a 1 I didn't know whether we had follow-up action or not. I simply put it on because we had a meeting last Thursday and there were several issues outstanding. Tom is out of town.

>> no. I just -- nothing has changed under code. The only thing that I wanted to say is that we have met with the -- with deloitte and touche, they have given us a draft of what the scope of services are. We are reviewing it now and hope to meet with the city tomorrow.
>> oh, okay.
>> we just got it today. We had a meeting earlier.
>> okay. Hopefully we will have something back by next week.
>> we will have it on next week, thank you, carol.
