Number 2 is to discuss request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate the 7 and a half foot public utility easement on either side of the common lot line between lots 3427 and 428, block b, imperial valley 2, a subdivision in precinct 1.

What happened is they built on the lot before they got a permit and they built it in the middle of two lots and they had a utility easement down the common lot line. The utility department have agreed to the releasing the easement. We've had no complaints from this issue.
