That brings to us executive session. Only two items. 23 is to discuss acquisition of 319.709 acres of land owned by charles ribelin, r-i-b-e-l-i-n, martha, thomas francis, l-u-c-i-a francis and take appropriate action. That will be the real property and consultation with attorney exceptions. 24, receive briefing from county attorney and authorize county attorney to accept, reject, counteroffer or settlement offer and take appropriate action in cause number gn-300127; Austin 1825 fortview, incorporated, versus Travis County Texas, and n. The 353rd district court of Travis County, Texas. That's consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. We will discuss these two items in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.
