Housing Finance Corporation
Let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation. We previously announced that one would be postponed until next week and three would be pulled until further notice. That leaves number two, which is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve resolution and authorizing the execution and delivery of a first amendment to regulatory agreement and declaration of restrictive covenants and first amendment to deed of trust security agreement, assignment of rents and leases, and financing statement in connection with multi-family housing revenue bonds, fort branch landing apartment project, series 2000, and containing other provisions relating to the subject.
>> good morning. I'm with thompson coe. These changes are requested to accomplish two things. One is to change the property description on the original issuance of the bonds. There was an extra 19.227 acres included in the property description that were for additional collateral during the construction and lease-up period. That period for this project is now over and the bond holder and lenders are all agreeable to releasing that property from the deed of trust and from the regulatory agreement. It is not part of the actual apartment project. And the second item is to accomplish amending the income certification to -- I think we're amending the form that's on the regulatory agreement to match what's actually being used, which is the same one as the tdhc uses for the tax credit program. Those are the two items.
