Let's call to order the health facilities develop corporation, the capital industrial health development corporation and the capital health facilities development corporation and we have one item common to all of the corporations to announce. 1. Consider and take appropriate action on the following: a. A budget transfer; and. B. Payments to Travis County for accounting and administrative services. Mr. Davis.
>> good afternoon, I'm harvey Davis, manager for the corporation. Item a is not needed for these three corporations. But on item b, I'm requesting approval for the -- for the corporations to pay the amount that they owe Travis County for accounting administrative services per a contract that was commenced on October 1st, 2002. The amount for the Travis County health facilities development corporation is 8,205.94, for the captain development corporation 1,943.30 and the capital health failghts development corporation the amount is $667.72 and similar to prior years, the amount is calculated based on the proportional ending fund balance for each corporation. The calculation is on the attachment a of your backup.
>> we certainly want to stay in good standing with the leadership of Travis County Commissioners court. It can be -- they can be hard to deal with if they're not paid in a timely manner. Therefore I move approval of the recommendations.
