>> we have just returned from executive session where we d
>> we have just returned from executive session where we discussed the following items: number 37, we did get from the county attorney the language covering dangerous wild animals in our lease agreement at the expo center. And I move that we approve the proposed lease modification.
>> I sec it.
>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Let's show Commissioner Gomez absent for the rest of this meeting. She had to run to another commitment. Number 38 involves pouring lease rights at the expo center. Move that we authorize appropriate county personnel to negotiate pouring rights agreement at the expo center in a manner that generates for Travis County as much revenue as possible.
>> second.
>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We indicated that we would have number 39 on the agenda next week. There's additional work the staff needs to do on that one. Number 40 involves the advantage easement -- drainage easement near our precinct 34 office building and the neighbors that we visited with this morning. It looks like the option that has Travis County partnering with the neighbors to install a second drainage pipe at shared cost up to $30,000 on their part is the one that makes the most sense now. So I move that we direct staff to take the steps necessary to get that implemented, including securing the necessary approval from the city of Austin subdivision department.
>> second.
>> will that cover all of it? And other appropriate steps to get it done.
>> if for some reason that proves to be unworkable, we need it back to see what is a workable solution.
>> let's communicate or appreciation to the neighbors for working with us on this matter. Any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 41 involves county lease space at 2919 manchaca road, where the jp and constable for precinct 3 are located.
>> judge, I think we want to pick up the landlord in terms of agreeing to get a further testing balance out at that location. We would also like to have a co 2 test done as part of that testing balance, that this be done in cooperation and collaboration with Travis County in terms of the manner that this test is done so that it's done to our satisfaction as well as theirs. And that at this point we hold off on the co 2 abatement and the November refnt until those tests are complete and then we can reevaluate where we would like to go.
>> second? Any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 42 involves the richard danziger matter. No action required today. We're trying to get the necessary paperwork executed by all parties. We'll have that back on next week. Okay. Number 49 involves the claim of david grass baugh against Travis County and various other Travis County managers. Move that the county judge be authorized to execute the settlement agreement and release on behalf of the Travis County Commissioners court the case settled for the amount of $85,000.
>> second.
>> seconded by Commissioner Gomez -- Davis. Any more discussion? All in favor? That one passes by unanimous vote also. The final item we discussed was a-1, involving a request to modify the administrative lease policy to authorize the county judge in title 7 cases to grant extended administrative leave as appropriate. I move that we authorize that modification.
>> second.
>> for this limited use. Any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. There being no further business, all in favor, that passes unanimously. Thank y'all very much.
