Citizens communication is next, mr. Gurzstacker. This item gives Travis County residents and others, we have learned, an opportunity to address the Commissioners court on any matter not on the agenda. Normally you -- you complete a sign-in form, but we will waive that today if you would come forward and you have a full three minutes to address us on any matter of interest to you.
>> is that on?
>> how long?
>> up to three.
>> once again, thank you very much for your time, I apologize about that misunderstanding, earlier. Okay. The reason I came here today, first of all, my name is stiewr watt thomas gertstacker, I have a show called voluntary compliance hour going to be starting to air in November. This is my name, I have a website called www.savemyson.org. An e-mail address at daddy save my son dot org. I wanted to let you know that I am being hazarded by the sheriff's deevments at the Travis County courthouse whenever I try to use a camera at the courthouse. Yesterday I was swarmed by three deputies, thrown to the ground, assaulted, made to lie face down like a dog, handcuffed and dragged screaming from the courthouse and placed in an interrogation room across the courted -- the courtyard in the criminal justice facility. And all of this happened because I dared to film in the hallway of the first floor which is a public area, there is no rule proper hingt the use of cameras. The deputies tried steal my camera to me. I had to hand it to friend and they ran away with it to keep them from damaging or destroying the film. The Travis County sheriff's department has overstepped its bond. I, as one of we the people standing on the declaration of independence, hereby give public notice that I am aware of that all government entities are chartered corporations, if any such chartered corporations oversteps its bonds in the future, I will be obligated by my sacred honor to encumber its bond or invoke its charter as I see necessary. I thank you very much for your time, have a nice day.
>> thank you.
>> have you communicated that to the county sheriff? Sheriff frasier?
>> say it again.
>> have you chatted with sheriff frasier.
>> not yet. This just happened yesterday, I will be talking to sheriff frasier and all of the other people involved. Wasn'ted to come here today and take this opportunity to address this all. You know the abuse indicator cornered from this court. Cater-cornered from this court. These criminals they are like armed mafia goons, I do not understand why they are doing this. But I do understand they are outside of their bond. Like I said if it becomes necessary to revoke their charter, that's the way it's going to go. I wanted you to hear that -- have fair hearing that's the next step.
>> thank you.
>> thank you very much for your time.
>> thank you.
>> sir, would you mind signing in and leaving your number or something so that if we want to --
>> sure.
>> if we --
>> feel free to e-mail me daddy at save my son dot organize is my e-mail address. I will sign all of that. Contact me personally, feel free, give me a call or drop me a line.
>> thank you very much.
>> thank you.
>> I'm here speaking on something that's on not on the agenda. I think it's of grave concern to the community that's the redistricting plan that's been approved by the Texas legislature. As you know, I have already spoken on several issues for months opposing this particular redistricting plan. It appear that's it is segregation by gary -- by gerrymandering, in my mind it's criminal. Hopefully it will come up because Travis County on this redistricting, see what Travis County wants to do about it. I do know that I personally am going to intervene in this lawsuit and challenge it in court at -- as a plaintiff and I think 80's very serious matter. Therefore with that I would like to express and let the court know that this is something that I feel that we should address and look into as -- as you know that -- how Travis County has been split up. Into three different districts. And -- and I will just let it go at that. This is basically coming in the citizens communication format. Thank you for allowing me to do this.
>> thank you.
>> thank you.
>> anybody else on -- for citizens communication? That's to address the Commissioners court on any matter not on the agenda? Let me just mention that -- that on October 17th, later this week, we do have our combined charities festival at wood mancy park and we do encourage all Travis County employees to participate in this festival has that has become an annual event for us, an opportunity to have fun and tolls raise money for the non-profit agency that's help us deliver social services to needy residents in our community.
