Now the next item there we may want to take a week to think about. I just put my memo together yesterday for the -- 30. Consider and take appropriate action to improve justification and documentation of justification for adverse personnel decisions throughout Travis County. I just sent out my memo yesterday. It's fairly straightforward. More than anything else I'm suggesting we appear point a team to take a look at this -- appoint a team, I'm concerned about whether we do contemporaneous documentation, adverse personnel action, wait another week on this?
>> what I put on here was yes, amen.
>> yes.
>> I'm ready to go [multiple voices]
>> it's fabulous, let's proceed on.
>> yes.
>> it was just -- [multiple voices]
>> yeah.
>> then I indicate in number one in the recommendation that the team would be made up of human resources, county attorney's office, [indiscernible] department with significant employees and employee concerns, one would be t.n.r., Two would be, what the other one? Health and human services.
>> hhs.
>> and third one that should be on this.
>> sheriff?
>> and [indiscernible] sheriff's office. Anybody -- any elected official, let's invite the sheriff to participate. And there's another department -- does another department come to mind as observing membership on team.
>> may we look at our records.
>> let's do that. Let's invite the sheriff and let us know that, too. That will be six if the sheriff participates and we have three. The sheriff does not participate that will be five and what I was going to say generally is here's the charge and so what I don't say here is that we would expect a report back in about 60 days, is that okay?
>> okay.
>> let's do that. See what we get.
>> okay. Move approval of the proposal.
>> second.
>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you very much.
>> eric shepherd, did you have a chance to look at this --
>> all right.
>> [indiscernible]
>> that takes us down to executive session.
>> just a very quick clarification, if inviting the elected official in this case it would be the sheriff, we are trying to get not only beyond the issues of that office, but also things that just seem to come up related to independent elected officials. Was that the intent here to get that perspective there? Certainly we've had other independent elected official issues, I have a feeling some of the issues are one in the same.
>> I believe so.
>> okay.
>> I believe so.
>> just because he was being invited for independent elected officials [multiple voices]
>> okay. Thanks for that clarification.
