21 is to consider and take appropriate business regarding request for profl of construction documents for the precinct 3 office buildings, phase 2 and release for bid.

We have a -- phase 2 right now has been designed and it's ready to go for bid for the precinct 3 office buildings, the community center buildings and precinct constable 3 and jp 3 and the office building. And phase 1 phase is is the infrastructure work for the parking and the utility. It is ongoing right now and it should be done in a month and a half.
