Housing Finance Corporation
Let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation. Item no. One is approve inducement resolutions and filing of application with the Texas bond review board for the following applications, and take appropriate action: a. Cherry mountain villas located on wild cherry drive, Lakeway, Texas; and b. Rosemont at old manor located at 9371 u.s. Highway 290 east.
>> yes. This is a -- the annual application time for the bond review board. What's before you is the preliminary resolution that must be adopted and approval of the application that must be filed with the bond review board in order to obtain allocation of the state's private activity bond cap and the -- the cherry mountain villas, this is actually the third year that they have asked for inducement, they haven't done very well in the lottery the first two, they are hoping the third time is the charm. Texas old manor housing is a new project, southwest housing out of dallas is involved with it, they did heatherwilde in Pflugerville, so we are familiar with them. If you all have any questions about those projects --

>> yes, sir. Inducement resolutions say we are interested in doing the financing but they are not committing us to issue the bonds. If they get an allocation they will put together a financial package that we will review, look at, make a final determination of the bond at a later date.
