Consent Items

View captioned video.

Motion for consent are c 1 through c 11. Would anyone like us to discuss any of those items separately? C 1 through c 11. We have to considered aking the following items to the consent motion and if you would like a separate discussion please say so as I call out the number. Number 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 a and b, 13 a and b. 14 in its entirety. So that is 14 a through 14 f, as in frank. Fifteen.
>> quick question, judge.
>> fifteen will not be part of the consent motion.
>> 16? We're substituting the Texas rural legal aid, inc. For legal aid of central Texas. 17? 18? 19? 20? 21? All these are purchasing items. 22? 23? 24? 24? N its entirety. 24 a through 24 j. 25? That is the pluett case. 26? 27? 28? 29? 30? 31? 35 a and b? 36? 37? 39? 40? 43? Got questions on 43.
>> 43 will not be part of the consent motion. 44? 45?
>> and a 1.
>> approved by Commissioner Gomez, seconded by Commissioner Davis. Would anybody like to pull these items for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Why don't we go ahead and have the presentation from central. That way when we get to all of these budget items we can just run right through there.
