Number 5, consider and take appropriate action regarding order setting the Travis County tax rate for f.y. '04.
>> you have in your backup an order that is a standard order. You use annually. The law requires that you establish two portions of the tax rate. One portion is the total maintenance and operations tax rate, which is at 3926, 3926 in the order. And a separate vote on the debt service tax rate, which is in your order at .08992. The total of those two -- .0992. The total is what you are familiar with.
