Number 3 of the public hearing to discuss request to approve a plat for recording of precinct 3, replat of lot 3, hazel subdivision. Sell ver mountain drive. No fiscal required sewer service to be provided by on site sewage survey. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> when this plat was originally filed the minimum finish floor elevation was the -- was determined through the topographic maps that were available at that time. Since that time a survey has been done and the actual minimum finish initialled floor elevation is 9.23 instead of the original 9.25 and they're just correcting that industry plat.
