Number 2 is to request north town park in precinct one, the total vacation of section 3 and b, the total vacation of section 5. All in favor, that passes unanimously.
>> the original plat in north town park was filed back in 1986. In 1993 the owners filed with the clerk partial vacations of sections 3 and 5. In 2002 at original plat was then filed for parkway and parkside which those would sections, unfortunately because it was not -- it didn't come through us and it didn't have a public hearing, we have to now have that and close that out so they're vacating the entire section 3 and section 5, and this will allow the plat filing to be recorded.
>> any reason why the requested vacation should not be granted?
>> no, sir.
>> would anybody like to give testimony during this public hearing. Move the public hearing be closed. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Note the arrival of Commissioner Sonleitner. Number 3, by the way, two will be action item number 35 on today's agenda.
