Consent Items

View captioned video.

The consent items are next. And posted for consent are c 1 through c 4. C 1 through c 4, and we have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If I -- as I call out the number if you would like for us to discuss this separately please say so. Number 3, 4, 5, a long list of purchasing items, 6, 67, 8 -- 6, 7, 8, 9, -- my question to myself on number 10 is are there any issues?
>> I had the same thing.
>> I think the sheriff's office is supposed to be here to add those issues.
>> we will give the sheriff's office -- 15 or 20 minutes. So for the time being, number 10 is not part of the consent motion. Number 11, number 12, 13, 14, 15 in its entirety, 15 a, b, c, 16 that we had the public hearing on, 17, 18 and that is basically acceptance of deaf smith boulevard. That does not have the issues that the other streets in the subdivision do.
>> and all of the sidewalk issues have all been resolved, which was the big one -- [multiple voices]
>> resolved them.
>> 22, a, b, c and d. 20 a through d, excluding 92 e, which we will have back on next week. 27, 29, 30, 31, 34, 35, and 36.
>> move approval of the consent items.
>> second.
>> can we go back to item 15 just --
>> [indiscernible]
>> [inaudible - no mic]
>> we will is it a this motion first.
>> a quick question. Could we put on the 23 esd 3, is that consentable or not, fwearld?
>> it is for me.
>> okay.
>> I just thought that for the record we should announce what it is.
>> oh, that's not a problem.
>> because before we took action on 3 million. So we need to clarify that, that's my only point.
>> thank you.
>> all in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote. Now, on 15 a, we need all of the payment expedited?
>> 15, yes, on 15 a, additional funding --
>> could you come to the microphone?
>> good morning. On item 15 a, part administrative agreement is to increase the funding for the reimbursement privilege account by $687,230. We are asking the court to approve immediate release of that amount to united.
>> is that an '04 budget issue or --
>> it would be '03. We have the funds in the account to do that.
>> that's this year, though.
>> that's right.
>> okay. And if there is disagreement from -- from p.b.o. On that, let us know, otherwise I move that we expedite payment of 15 a.
>> second.
>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
