The companion item to the housing finance -- item is number 33. It is to consider and take appropriate action to approve first supplement to amended and restated trust indenture and second amendment to loan agreement relating to multifamily housing revenue bonds (westchester woods apartments) series 2002a-1, series 2002a-2 and taxable series 2002b issued by Travis County housing finance corporation, authorizing the execution of documents and instruments relating thereto, and containing other provisions relating to the subject. For the same reason that's our directors of the housing finance corporation approved the item, I move that we approve it.
