>>
>> just returned from executive session, but before we go to those items, about 12:00 today we did pick up item number 28 and just indicated for the record that Commissioner Gomez, who had to run to another commitment was many favor of it, so maybe a good idea to affirm that affirmative vote for the record and the presence here. But we discussed item number 40, and I move that we approve a tax recess to transfiguration which has paid us $2,027.50 and that we authorize the county judge to sign on behalf of Commissioner's court.
>> what did you say the amount was.
>> I had 2501.
>> I did too.
>> 2501?
>> well, I was looking at the deed. Maybe there are two amounts here. Let me just double check.
>> should we just go on to the next one?
>> okay. That was the only number I see is [inaudible]
>> may as welcome back to these because the next figure I have does not square with the one I have on my notes from the executive session. Can I give this to you? On number 41 the amount I wrote down was 4,145.3 #-
>> that was the tax -- I wrote down 383.53.
>> yeah, 3833.53.
>> all right. Let's move on that one. Item number 41 that we authorize the county judge to sign on behalf of the Commissioner's court the prepared tax resale deed to glen miller or moeller, who has paid to Travis County already the sum of 3,833.53. Anymore discussion? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 42, move that the county judge be authorized to sign on behalf of Travis County Commissioner's court the resale deed to paul d. Stranahan who has paid Travis County $3,000 in cash.
>> jesus christ all in favor? That -- that passes by unanimous vote.
>> and for this piece of property he has paid Travis County $4,500 in cash and I move that the county judge be authorized to sign on behalf of Commissioner's court.
>> second.
>> anymore discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We'll come back to item number 40. Item number 44 we did discuss and need staff to get some additional information for us, we'll have 44 back on the court's agenda next Tuesday, September 23rd. We got information on number 45. I don't think we need any action today. That would be on the Commissioner's court next week under a different agenda language to allow us to consider the committee's recommendation and take appropriate action. Number 46 we did discuss, gave directions, do we need to take any action on that one? That is the menchaca offices.
>> right.
>> it does need to be back on.
>> we're going to have it back on. We'll have it back on. Number 47, involves the [inaudible] by david m.... Jie move we reject his offer to settle and we counter.
>> that passes by unanimous vote. Basically a request for extended administrative leave for cheryl brown, employee of the Travis County judge's office.
>> judge, I move that we grant the request for extended administrative leave with pay for the employee for the period of September 15th through September 24th.
>> second.
>> anymore discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. And did we get clarification on number 40?
>> we did. It is 2501. What happened was that elliott was able to encourage him to pay even more to cover some court costs, so that was where that original amount -- and he just forgot to correct that on the deed. He forgot to put in the amount so the 2501 is correct.
>> is that the amount in the deed?
>> he's going up to change the deed. Going to bring it right back up to you.
>> the amount is $2,501. Okay number 40 in the resale deed will be made out to transfiguration church and I move that we authorize the koinl to sign that deed. Anymore discussion. All in favor, that passes by unanimous vote.
>> and that was 2501.
>> > are we there?
>> we're there. All in favor? That passes unanimously.
