Number 1, discuss request to approve the following for steiner ranch. A is the total vacation of steiner ranch phase 1, section 6 a, lot 255, 30.95 acres. 1 b is a replat of the steiner ranch phase 1 section 6 a, two lots, a 14.79-acre Leander school site and a 13.40-acre community center. 1 c is a preliminary plan in precinct 3, steiner ranch parkside. Preliminary plan 168 lots, 75.90 acres, quinlan park road. Trust deed with trpbgt, sewage service to be provided by Travis County wcid number 17, city of Austin e.t.j. And wcid stands for, carol?

>> good morning, carol joseph, t.n.r. This lot was initially section 6 a of steiner ranch, some 30 acres. Initially what they are doing is just replatting 6-a to resubdivide it into two sections for Leander high school -- Leander independent school and the community center. And then to add that portion that's left in 6-a to part of parkside so you get a preliminary for parkside and so far we've had no comments.
