34 consider and take appropriate action on request for approval to close the tax office Thursday and Friday, September 18 and 19, 2003, respectively, to relocate to new office.
>> we are getting real close to moving to the new airport location. In order to be able to make this move successfully, we are going to have to shut down the tax office on Thursday and Friday to be able to have texdot, come in, take out all of their computer system. I.b.m. Take away our main frame and have it back back up so on the 22 we can meet customers at the new location. We are asking for approval to shut down Thursday and Friday, start getting out press releases, channel 17, to the news media, neighborhood fliers, anything that we did k do to help people let us know that we are moving to this fantastic new location.

>> we have already talked to celia burke at dro about putting signs up in the drive through, everywhere that we can put signs up we will have signs up notifying people of where little that we are going -- where it is that we are going. Cecilia is concerned it took us two years to go over there.
