>> 24 approve sole source exemption and contract award with unisys corporation for server mapper es3000, mapper software and mapper migration services.
>> I want to make sure [indiscernible] I know we tried bring that particular -- [papers shuffling - audio interference] make sure -- the kind of stuff that we generated going to the new server. All of the departments have been notified, informed, so we don't leave nobody behind. As he go -- as we go through the process, I would like to hear from the department and see what kind of efforts that you have done to ensure because what I heard during some of the work sessions, there are some departments that had not been involved enough. Or have not been this and I want to make sure that I hear from you all that what we are doing in the migration, everybody is notified this is what we are doing, this is where we will be by this time, so get on board. I just want to hear that and see what the deal is.
>> we are working with the departments now to iron out any issues that may be there to -- to get us through the final stages of the implementation of facts. We've had sessions scheduled with them. We put a methodology out on the intranet to document any changes that they see need to be there, we are meeting with them going over all of the facets of the priority of facts system so that they get a good understanding of it and see how that will come, maybe some issues that need to be addressed programmatically.
>> okay.
>> I'm kind of concerned about that, a retrofit on a situation that costs a hem of a lot more money than what we are doing right now. I think that is expensive as it is.
>> all right.
>> so I would like to move approval.
>> second.
