20 to approve additional services, modification number 1 contract number ps 01012 ads for dental services. And there's a question from -- from Commissioner Daugherty.
>> probably between frank and steven we can get this answer understood I was just looking at the backup language in there that says there is no financial -- no financial -- no financial impact and yet we have a consulting agreement with dr. Wilcox at $100 an hour. Does that just mean that --
>> we actually have a dental budget within the r map program that absorbs this. Basically what they will do is on a -- consult with him on an as needed basis. It's not like -- actually, it's more efficient doing it this way than having a consistent medical in this case dental director that's hired that we would have to pay full time.
>> I mean, that's -- that was just sort of kind of hit me as odd about there's no financial impact and then when you read down you say but it's $100 an hour. Half an hour --

>> just adds to the menu of service that's we can go to dr. Wilcox for, but it's still within the budgetary constraints of hhs.
