Now, we have come to the executive session. R. Part of our agenda. 32 is to consider and take appropriate action on lease at 2919 manchaca road, precinct 3 justice of the peace and constable offices. This is posted under the consultation with attorney and real property exemptions to the open meetings act. 33 is to consider and take appropriate action on claim by james a. Smiley for compensation for work performed while an employee of franklin woodberry, d/b/a sterling janitorial services, on a Travis County construction project. That's post under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 34, receive briefing to take appropriate action from county attorney in the matter of richard mccain, consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 35, receive briefing from county attorney, designate a representative for mediation and take appropriate action concerning the claim for payment for on-call time by certain swat team deputies. Sexual assaulttation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 36, receive briefing from doarng and authorize county attorney to accept, reject or counteroffer for settlement and take appropriate action in the matter of Austin 1825 fortview, norptded versus Travis County, Texas, cause number gn-300127 in the 353rd district court of Travis County, Texas, consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 37 is to receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action regarding barbara oakley as legal guardian for richard danziger versus city of Austin, hecht hektder poe language co-, et al, consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. And the last item we'll discuss in executive session is number 38, consider and take appropriate action on changes in the contractoral agreement with the workforce development board addressing Travis County's potential liability for workforce funds. That's also under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. We will discuss these items in executive session and return to open court before taking any action. We have just returned from executive session where we have discussed the following items. Number 32 involving the county lease space at 2919 manchaca road. Move that we extend the deadline for the property owner to respond to our last letter to Wednesday, September 5th -- September 3rd. September 3rd tomorrow at 5:00 p.m.

For the other side one thing that drives this is we've had people sort of hanging in the balance waiting for some outcome for months and so we feel from he should to move extinguish showsly. -- expeditiously. All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote. Number 33 involves a claim that we acted on twice, the second time unknowingly. I move that we reverse our last decision to pay one-half of this claim because we had previously paid it.

On number 34 we did discuss it briefly, follow up action needs to be taken, we will have it back on the court's agenda next week, September 9th. On 35 involving mediation of a claim by a certain swat team deputies for a claim for payment for on call time --

On number 37 we did not discuss that item, we will discuss it next week, though, it will be back on the court's agenda, as well as number 38, we need to keep working, the risk management office will review the insurance today, the interlocal that we need to look at between us and the city of Austin. At the same time that we sign the agreement with the work source development board. That will be back on next week for us to take those actions. There being no further business today.
