Travis County housing finance corporation. Voting session. 1. Approve contract with garden terrace housing corporation, and take appropriate action.
>> good afternoon, him harvey Davis, manager for the corporations. And I'm -- I'm presenting for the board's consideration and approval the county with garden terrace, let me briefly go over the major feature of the contract. It would provide $50,000 in assistance to garden terrace, $25,000 from each of the corporations, to assist in the construction of the -- of their sro project at 1015 west william cannon drive. The -- the contract period is for -- is a two-year contract period. They -- during this period they are to provide us with quarterly reports which consist of a narrative of how the project is doing, plus copies of minutes of their board meetings. They -- they are also -- also are to provide us with copies of reports that they had to submit to the city of Austin and to the Texas department of housing and community affairs. The contract with those entities. They have to -- so they would be provide a quarterly report to us -- a copy of a quarterly report to us that they have to provide to those entities, plus an annual report. They have to operate the facilities in compliance with their contract with the city of Austin, which, you know, they have a -- a -- a very detailed long contract with the city of Austin. Then finally they have to submit to us copies of audit or examination compliance reports that are done by the city of Austin and/or the state of Texas. So these are the -- I think are the intent of the board when -- when you -- when you passed the contract a few weeks ago.
