Number 2 is a request -- discuss request for approval of proposed street name assignment to "power lane" for a private easement located off fm 1431 near indian creek drive in precinct 3.

>> the -- the city of Cedar Park wishes for easement of addressing just to name this easement of power lane to be able to properly address the homes associated on this easement. Part of the easement, a large part of it is in the city of Cedar Park and a portion is in Travis County. So they have to come to us for permission.
>> okay. Backup says that all property owners affected have agreed.
>> yes.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing.
>> this does not give any kind of implication that somehow we have taken over this area --
>> absolutely not. It's just the naming of an easement.
>> all right.
