Now, we have come to the executive session part of our meeting. 28, postponed until next week, thank you. 36. Receive briefing from county attorney and consider extended period of administrative leave with pay for barbara mitchell, employee of juvenile probation department, and take appropriate action. That's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 38. Receive briefing from county attorney regarding open meetings requirements. 39. Receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action regarding barbara oakley, as legal guardian for richard danzinger v. City of Austin, hector polanco, et al, including Travis County. That's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. Do we need number 40, john?

>> number 40 is to approve or reject proposed farmers' market lease agreement with jennifer kunz d/b/a jenny's bakehouse and del lls i. >> we have just returned from executive session where we discussed the following items. Number 36 involving the plea at the probation department, I move that we extend leave of pay to cover the date between August fourth, through August 7th.

We will have a better opportunity to discuss this item in greater detail after the budget cycle. And 36 we have been asked to indicate our willingness to keep pursuing some settlement. And that we need an additional two weeks.

Number 40, we need another week on this matter. But we will authorize the county attorney to communicate to mr. Rylander a concern that we have involving this tenant. It will be back on the court's agenda next week. Number 41.
>> judge, I move that we offer the job of criminal justice coordinator to michael trimbell, this is a pay grade 23, and that we offer a midpoint salary, which is 70,408. At the appropriate time when michael can report to work if he accepts our offer, that the appropriate personnel amendments be prepared and put on the Commissioners court agenda and that any appropriate letters be written from the court thanking others who have not already previously been thanked who are finalists applying for this particular job and their interest in working for Travis County.
