Now, the consent items are next. Posted for consent are c1 through c 4. I show those to be ready for action and we have been asked to add the following items to the consent motion. Let me know if you would like to discuss any of these separately. Number 3: 4 a. Nine in it's entirety, so 9 a through 9 e. Any issues on number -- on number 11? If not, 11 a.
>> 9, the first one is only to set the public hearing. I'm sorry. That was wrong.
>> that's all right. That's on consent. Just a public hearing on these 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
>> it's not an action item.
>> so the only action is to set the public hearing.
>> that's correct.
>> right.
>> that's the -- that's the item. 11 a and b? 13 a and b. 14, 17 except the non-routine on page 4. So all of 17 except the page 4. A long list of purchasing items. 18, 19, 20? 21, 22, 23, anybody here on item no. 23?
>> that's my question.
>> 24, 25, 26, 27, I believe we need to pull 28, which I did not announce. I think -- I think the county attorney's office, why don't we just hold number 28, let you know if the county -- the county attorney is trying to work out some issues. Number 30. 33?
>> uh-huh.
>> 34.
>> uh-huh.
>> those are they.
>> I move approval.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to discuss any of these items separately? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
