A 1 is to consider and take appropriate action on request to appoint county coordinator for annual united charities campaign. Christian, you may want to hear this. [laughter]
>> last year unfortunately I tried to do this. This is already kicked off. Unfortunately we go through the budget process through about October, second I think that last year I had a campaign to try to run and right after that in early November, that was holiday season. My recommendation at this time is that we ask all of the executive managers, which is four, and the two coordinate tores, one on board now, the other one will be on board soon, to try to cover the department's -- departments on each one of those and that secondarily we try to engage all of the elected officials to encourage employees in their department to help out in this effort. What was clear to me is that if you are trying to cover a little bit more than 4,000 employees, you really need a whole lot of people out there actively -- trying to get the county to -- the county workforce to cooperate. And I think a lot of people would -- would help -- but I also think that a one on one contact is probably critical. [indiscernible] different idea. Any other ideas.

>> I have not asked the executive managers if they will do this. You can tell by christians look that he does not think this is the best idea, but he will follow the directions of the Commissioners court.

>> I think this is the best way to go. Commissioners court members of course will help as much as we can. Our goals ought to be to try to get just a whole lot more managers than officials helping out. Hopefully get a better result than last time. You are the one who -- are you the one who exchanged e-mails with me.
