We do have that executive session item that involves precinct 3 constable jp and since we have them here, why don't we indicate our intention to discuss item 37 in executive session, discuss lease at 21 manchaca road, or man sham, as some say, and take appropriate action. And this is posted under the consultation with attorney and the real estate matters exceptions to the open meetings act. We will just discuss this one item in executive session and return to open court to discuss the other business and go back in executive session for the rest of the executive session items.
