Now, on number 12, our comments are due on the 16th. Let's call this item up quickly so if the court has comments to give to you make sure you incorporate into the comments we need to do that. That's the magna-flow. Commissioner Davis.

>> it is to discuss comment letter for proposed tceq permit number 04484, magna-flow sludge application on taylor lane near fm 969 and take appropriate action.
>> judge, I guess if staff -- there's a couple of things that were brought up and behavingly give a quick -- basically give a quick overview. But there have been some additional things that were brought in recently. Of course, if staff could maybe briefly go through this real brief-like, but I basically would like to recommend this be brought back to the court next week for final action. We still will be within the 30-daytime frame. I believe from July 16 to August 15 is near the 30 days and come back to the court for action next week, final action, it will be August the 12th. Is that correct?
>> yes, sir, it was published, the notice was published on July 16th, which gives us a 30-daytime frame to get the comment letter in to tceq.
>> I read your letter and it's a good one.

>> it's getting better.
>> right. And a couple of other things we need to ask, I think -- add, to it, I think, if the court deems final approval of that on the 12th. So I would like to maybe bring this back, judge, for final ax on the 12th of August.
>> it will be back next week. And we'll have a revised comment letter Friday or so of this week for review.
>> yes. Yes, judge. It will be shared with all court members by that time. Is that right, tom?
