Schaefer and debra v. Schaefer. That will be consultation wit attorney exception to the open meetings act. 43, receive -- discuss and take appropriate action regarding lease requirements for various leases and moves resulting from completion of various construction and renovation projects. 44, receive briefing from the county attorney and authorize county attorney to accept or reject -- by the way, number 43 will be real estate matters exception to the open meetings act. 44 is to receive from county attorney and authorize county attorney to accept, reject or counteroffer for settlement and take appropriate action on the claim of darla roberson. 45, do we need to talk about the lockwood vote matter? Receive briefing from county attorney on laws related to unmarked graves within county road rights of way, issues related to lockwood road and lockwood road cemetery and take appropriate action. 46 is to consider request to the Texas turnpike authority to design an construct an interchange at the proposed howard lane arterial during the initial construction of state highway 130 and take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. And the real estate matters exception to the open meetings act. 47 is to receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action regarding grace s.elmore and the tonahill farm, esq. We will have that posted for consideration next week. We'll discuss these meters in executive session and return to open court before taking any action.
