Let's go to citizens communication. One citizen has signed in. This gives residents an opportunity to address the commission urz court on any matter not on the agenda for up to three minutes. And today cindy slepper has signed in. And if you would come forward and give us your full name, we would be happy to receive your comments. If anybody else is here for citizens communication on a matter not on the agenda, please come forward, whether you have signed a form or not.
