Executive Session Items
Now, we have come to executive session. 33, receive briefing from county attorney and authorize county attorney to accept, reject or counteroffer for settlement and take appropriate action to settle claim of tkarl la robberson. That's the consultation with attorney exception open meetings act. 34, receive briefing from county attorney on laws related to unmarked graves within county road rights-of-way, issues related to lockwood road and lockwood road cemetery and take appropriate action. Consultation exception with attorney open meetings act. 35, consider request of the Texas turnpike authority to design and construct an interchange at the proposed howard lane arterial during initial construction of state highway 130 and take appropriate action. That's the consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act. 36, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action regarding grace s. Elmore and the tonahill firm, pc, versus esquire deposition service, llc, number a-167, 911, in the 58th district court of jefferson county, Texas. Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. And number 37 is to receive legal advice from county attorney and take appropriate action on claim for compensation for on call and call back hours worked by certain employees of the Travis County sheriff's office. That last one is the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act also. We will meet in executive session to discuss these five items and we'll return to open court before taking any action. I move that we authorize the county attorney to make an appropriate communication to attorney madison, who represents these employees consistent with commitments that I made to him.

Robberson the specific documentation we have of hours worked so we can show her how we arrived at this amount.
